1 credit reveals a contact — you get both the email and the phone number for that single credit. CSV exports draw from the same balance: 1 credit per exported contact that has an email or phone. Contacts with neither are free, and unused export credits are refunded automatically.
No. Once you reveal or export a contact, it's yours. Viewing it again or including it in a later export never costs a second credit — reveals are remembered on your account.
Every reveal is validated in real time against the mail server. If the email verifies as undeliverable and it was the only contact data delivered (no phone number), the credit is refunded automatically — even if verification finishes after the reveal.
All credits reserved for that export are refunded automatically, and the export is marked as failed in your Exports history.
