How are credits consumed?

1 credit reveals a contact — you get both the email and the phone number for that single credit. CSV exports draw from the same balance: 1 credit per exported contact that has an email or phone. Contacts with neither are free, and unused export credits are refunded automatically.

Am I ever charged twice for the same contact?

No. Once you reveal or export a contact, it's yours. Viewing it again or including it in a later export never costs a second credit — reveals are remembered on your account.

What happens if a revealed email turns out to be invalid?

Every reveal is validated in real time against the mail server. If the email verifies as undeliverable and it was the only contact data delivered (no phone number), the credit is refunded automatically — even if verification finishes after the reveal.

What happens to my credits if an export fails?

All credits reserved for that export are refunded automatically, and the export is marked as failed in your Exports history.

When do I receive my credits?

On monthly plans, your balance is refreshed to your plan's monthly quota at the start of each billing cycle. On annual plans, you receive the full year of credits upfront at the time of payment — 12× the monthly quota, available immediately. Credits do not roll over between cycles.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new account starts with 100 free credits so you can try searches, reveals, and exports before choosing a plan. No credit card required.

Can I get a refund or cancel my plan?

Due to the nature of the service — contact data is delivered instantly and cannot be returned — payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time; you keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
