Refund Policy — Datasigma

1.All Payments Are Final

Due to the nature of our service, all payments are non-refundable. Contact data is delivered instantly upon reveal or export and cannot be returned, so we do not offer cash refunds, exchanges, or prorated reimbursements once a purchase has been completed.

This applies to all subscription payments — monthly and annual — and takes effect from the moment a billing period begins. It is standard practice for digital data products, where the value of the service is transferred the moment data is delivered.

2.Try Before You Buy — 50 Free Credits

Every new account starts with 50 free credits, no credit card required. We encourage you to use them to search our database, reveal contacts, check the source URL citations, and confirm our data quality meets your needs before purchasing a paid plan.

Because you can fully evaluate the product for free, we ask that you make your purchase decision using the free credits rather than relying on a refund afterwards.

3.Automatic Credit Refunds

While payments are non-refundable, credits are automatically refunded in the situations where you didn't get what you paid for:

Undeliverable emails. Every revealed email is validated in real time. If an email is determined to be undeliverable and no phone number was delivered for that contact, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
Failed or short exports. If an export fails, or delivers fewer contacts than the credits reserved for it, the difference is returned to your balance automatically.
No data delivered. Contacts for which we deliver no email or phone number are never charged in the first place.

You only spend credits on contacts where we actually deliver working data. Credit refunds are applied automatically — you don't need to file a request.

4.Cancel Any Time

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — no phone calls, no retention hoops.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You keep full access to the Services and your remaining credits until that date
You will not be charged again after cancellation
No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remainder of the current billing period

5.Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
